We would love our customers to always be fully satisfied with our products, however, if for some reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns.
Returns will be honored within 60 days of the purchase date, with proof of purchase. The Wild Curl will refund you the purchase price (less any original shipping and handling costs) of the returned product. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. We advise sending your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. The Wild Curl is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive your return we can start processing your refund.
Damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete item
If the product is damaged in transit or the item is faulty, please provide a photo at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can send a new product (free of charge) to replace the damaged or faulty item or we can refund the item. We will refund you only the faulty item (less any original shipping and handling costs) if other items where intact. If the whole delivery was damaged or faulty we will give you a full refund (including the purchase price, original shipping and handling costs). If the delivery is missing or having an incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange with a complimentary return label.
Does The Wild Curl accept returns from third parties?
We offer returns only for orders purchased directly from thewildcurl.com. Items purchased from a third party cannot be exchanged or returned. Please contact the third party directly for an exchange or return.
Where do I receive the refund?
Refunds for purchases made on thewildcurl.com. will be credited to the original method of payment.
What is the refund processing time?
Your return will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned product. Once we have processed your refund, please allow 3 to 4 working days to receive your refund. We will send you a confirmation via email of the refund.
