We ship to the UK, North America and Europe.

  • Free shipping on orders over £40 to the UK (1-2 days delivery)
  • Shipping on orders under £40 to the UK: £3.5 (1-2 days delivery)
  • Free shipping on orders over $50 to the US and Canada (3-4 weeks delivery)
  • Shipping on orders under $50 to the US and Canada: $8-10 (3-4 weeks delivery)
  • Shipping to the Europe: €5 (5-8 days delivery)

Exchanges and Returns

Each order purchased directly from TheWildCurl.com comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Exchanges and Returns will be honoured within 60 days of the purchase date. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are unhappy with an item you purchased from our store and want to exchange or return it, send us an email at hello@thewildcurl.com with proof of purchase (i.e. order number or order details). We will provide you with a complimentary return label and detailed instructions on how to process the exchange.

Important: Items purchased from a third party cannot be exchanged or returned. Please contact the third party directly for an exchange or return.
