Weightless Wavy Hair Oil - FAQ

Will the Weightless Wavy Hair Oil work in fine hair?
Yes, this oil contains only lightweight oils making it one of the best hair oils for wavy hair! The Sweet Almond, Jojoba, Argan and Grapeseed oil are lightweight oils and won't weigh down your hair, instead, nourish and define your naturally wavy hair.

Will the Weightless Wavy Hair Oil help control frizziness?
Our Weightless Wavy Hair Oil is the perfect product to help frizzy hair! It is an anti-frizz hair oil that works as an emollient that can smoothen the hair surface by flattening the open hair cuticles, which are the main cause of frizz. With these excellent emollient properties, this curl defining hair oil will help your tresses to align better and reduce the friction between the hair strands. A few drops will help you to control frizzy curly hair!

Which hair oil should I choose, Wavy, Curly or Kinky?
Our Weightless Wavy Hair Oil is designed to be a lightweight hair oil, hence it is suitable for fine wavy hair types but can be also used for thicker hair types. If you are looking for an anti-frizz oil to control frizz and split ends, this oil is the right choice for you. However, if you are looking for a more conditioning hair oil, take a look at our Moisturizing Curly Hair Oil, which is rich in penetrating hair oils that can moisturize the hair from inside the hair shaft. If you have tight textured afro coily hair rather than wavy curly hair, take a look at our Afro Kinky Castor Hair Oil, which retains moisture inside the hair shaft for days.

Do I need to use a leave-in conditioner before the Weightless Wavy Hair Oil?
We recommend using the LOG or LOC method, which means first to apply a leave-in conditioner (L), then hair oil (O) and lastly curl cream (C) or gel (G) if you want to add hold to the look. However, this is optional and not necessary for all hair types. Since oils are hydrophobic (water-repelling), it is important to have your hair well hydrated before using hair oils. However, if you have fine wavy curly hair and you are not a big fan of leave-in conditioners, try a leave-in mist or hydrate your hair with water before the oil application.
